What we collect
The contact forms collect your name, email, and message.
Why we collect it
We use your enquiry to respond, discuss the services you need, and arrange the agreed work.
Payments
Payments are arranged directly with each client. The enquiry form does not collect payment or card details.
Files
We collect new creative files separately from this website. We will email you an upload link. Our file-transfer service uses Hetzner storage. Files previously supplied through the old order form are held privately outside this website while needed for service or record-keeping.
Providers and recipients
Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers enquiries to the Post Rocket support inbox through Email Service. Historical order records and website uploads, where applicable, are held separately from this site.
Retention
Enquiries are kept in our support inbox for correspondence and service needs. Historical unpaid order drafts and their uploads are eligible for cleanup after 48 hours, once any payment status is reconciled. Paid order information is retained for up to seven years for service and record-keeping needs. Paid-order creative files are removed within 90 days after campaign completion unless they are still needed to resolve a support issue or legal requirement.
