Terms
Campaign service terms.
Last updated 5 September 2026.
1. The service
Post Rocket prepares and runs the campaign described in the agreed scope. Post Rocket chooses the technical advertising setup. If Meta and Google are both selected, Post Rocket decides how to divide the advertising budget, while considering any customer preference.
2. Service preparation
Campaign launch depends on payment, valid artwork, required information, advertising-account access, and platform approval. The design option includes three custom static ads, one proof, and one set of requested changes. It does not include video production.
3. Payments
Submitting an enquiry does not place a paid order. Post Rocket agrees the scope, price, payment arrangements, and any cancellation terms directly with each client before work starts. Payments are handled separately from this website.
4. Campaign refusal
Post Rocket may refuse a campaign that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, adult in nature, political, discriminatory, prohibited by Meta or Google, or otherwise unsuitable for Post Rocket. Platform advertising rejections are handled case by case.
5. Results disclaimer
Post Rocket guarantees the agreed setup and campaign service, subject to platform approval and customer cooperation. Post Rocket does not guarantee leads, sales, clicks, revenue, or any other business result.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, lawful creative material, permission to use supplied assets, timely feedback, and the advertising-account access needed to deliver the agreed work.
